Experienced Team

The transaction was a management buy out (MBO) led by Nick Shore. Previous the Chief Technology Officer, Nick will now lead the business as Managing Director. He is supported by a strong and long serving team who have a deep technical knowledge of the sector.

Strong Growth Plan

The sector is seeing strong growth off the increased importance of networking and connectivity products. This will continue as we see new wireless standards such as Wi-Fi 6 and 5G, and the growth of IoT technology.
