We raised our first institutional fund in 2015.  Since then, we have invested in over 20 UK companies.

We have a flexible approach & mandate. We have a passion for helping businesses grow and develop.

Our Funds & Criteria

We invest our own funds alongside those of our institutional investors.  We have committed funds which means we can move quickly and with certainty.

Typically we will look for majority stakes in UK focused small – mid market companies.  We are flexible investors and will consider most types of transactions, structures and businesses.

Work with us
