Our Funds & Criteria
We invest our own funds alongside those of our institutional investors. We have committed funds which means we can move quickly and with certainty.
Typically we will look for majority stakes in UK focused small – mid market companies. We are flexible investors and will consider most types of transactions, structures and businesses.
Work with us
We are a private investment company, acquiring and investing in UK businesses. We have a passion for supporting growth and recovery.
We always take the long term view – combining financial support, strategic guidance & operational excellence to create value for all stakeholders.
